("Nexostrat"), a company incorporated under the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, with registration number 2026-002059510 and registered address at 1908 Thomes Ave Ste 77077, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. Nexostrat is a consulting firm specialized in artificial intelligence implementation for small and mid-sized businesses.
2. Acceptance and scope
By accessing and using this website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms govern only the use of the website, the "Assess Your Business" test and the client portal.
3. Consulting services
Nexostrat's services are provided exclusively under a contract or proposal accepted in writing by both parties. If there is a conflict between that document and these Terms, the contract or proposal shall prevail.
4. Informational content, test and diagnostic
The website content, test result and free diagnostic are for informational and guidance purposes. They do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice, or a binding offer. The cases, figures and examples shown describe possible results and do not guarantee the same results for your business.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the website lawfully. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with the website's operation, extract its content through automated means, or submit false information or third-party information without authorization.
6. Client portal
Portal access is reserved for clients with credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted with them, and you must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, logos, Nexostrat brand, methodology, test and other website content belong to Nexostrat Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing or modifying them without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for personal, noncommercial use.
8. Third-party links and services
The website includes links or integrations with third-party services such as WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. Nexostrat does not control and is not responsible for their content, operation or policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be free from errors, interruptions or harmful elements, or that its content will always be complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexostrat shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities arising from use of the website, test or free diagnostic. Nexostrat's total liability for use of the website shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing above limits rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
11. Indemnification
You shall indemnify Nexostrat for damages and third-party claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.
12. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Changes do not affect contracts or proposals already signed.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless a mandatory applicable consumer protection rule provides otherwise.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
16. Language
These Terms are published in Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
